A Soft white rind cheese matured for 10 days. The Nag has light mushroomy tast that intensifies as it matures. Its centre is light and fluffy as it ripens it takes on a nutty woodland flavour and the paste (centre) becomes runny as the flavours increase.
This cheese is a great addition to a cheese board, or on top of salads. We love drizzing honey over this cheese and eating with oat crackers.
Storing this cheese: Once open wrap in beeswax wraps or baking paper.
